poor housekeeping uncleaned cupboard
My experience included disappointments. Housekeeping performance was poor . They did not clean the tea or coffee cupboard. Old plates remained from the previous night's room service. I returned after a day at an exhibition to find only half the room cleaned.

unclean cups missing coffee
The gym facilities were acceptable and allowed for continued fitness routines.
Housekeeping was a serious issue . Dirty cups were left uncleaned and coffee supplies were not replenished. An ice bucket remained full of melted water and dirty glasses were not removed, which left doubts as to the room was properly cleaned.

sports facilities good breakfast upper floor
The breakfast included many options in the poolside restaurant. The gym has good sports facilities. I enjoyed the views from the upper floors overlooking the golf club and the skyline.
the staff were super great ! the check-in was smooth. my room was beautifully designed and spacious. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring and close to the airport.
the hot water took some time to come out of the taps.

The hotel had several dining options available. I found this very convenient. i enjoyed a meal in the main restaurant. A friendly lady called wish me couldn't help enough and always had a smile. breakfast was interesting.

the room was modern and comfortable, i had a large and spacious room. it had a great layout plus it was very clean. also the area had green space, this was a bonus.
